🕒 Processing Time

All Event Gear (shirts, favor boxes, party favors, signs, and custom items) are made to order.

• Standard processing time is up to 2 weeks from the date payment is received.
• Processing time does not include shipping time. 

🚨 Rush Orders

Rush orders must be called in to request approval.

• Rush orders are not guaranteed
• Additional rush fees may apply
• Availability depends on production schedule and materials

Placing a rush order request does not guarantee fulfillment.

🎨 Customization Policy

All Event Gear items are customized based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

• Spelling of names
• Dates
• Colors
• Theme selections
• Sizes

Once production has started, no changes can be made.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

Because all items are custom made, all Event Gear sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns 
• Exchanges 
• Cancellations 
• Refunds

Unless an error was made by Five County Events.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Five County Events is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

We recommend ordering early to allow time for production and shipping

🎉 Event Date Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ordering early enough to receive items before their event date.
Five County Events is not liable for missed events due to late ordering.

🛍 Product Appearance

Colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.
Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

📅 Reservations & Payments

A rental is not reserved until a deposit or full payment is received and the date is confirmed by Five County Events.

• Quotes do not hold equipment
• Dates remain available until payment is received
• Balance is due before delivery

 🚚 Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Five County Events provides professional delivery, setup, and takedown.

• A clear, level area must be provided
• Power access must be within reach of provided extension cords
• Customer must ensure pets, furniture, and debris are cleared before arrival

Delays caused by site conditions may reduce rental time without refund.

 🏡 Customer Responsibility

Once equipment is delivered and set up, the customer assumes full responsibility for:

• The equipment
• Anyone using the equipment
• Any injury, damage, or loss

The renter agrees to supervise all participants and ensure all safety rules are followed.

 ⚠️ Safety Rules

• No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects
• No flipping, wrestling, or climbing on walls
• No overcrowding
• Adult supervision required at all times
• Equipment must remain staked and in original position

Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate shutdown without refund.

💥 Damage, Cleaning & Loss

Customer is responsible for:

• Damage beyond normal wear
• Excessive dirt, mud, slime, silly string, or stains
• Missing or broken parts

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.

  🌧 Weather Policy 

Inflatables cannot be used in:

• Heavy rain 
• Thunderstorms
• High winds
• Lightning 

Five County Events reserves the right to cancel or remove equipment for safety.
Weather-related cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

🛡 Liability Waiver

The renter agrees to release and hold harmless Five County Events LLC from any claims for:

• Injury
• Property damage
• Loss

This includes injuries to participants, guests, or third parties.

⏰ Rental Time

Rental time begins when equipment is delivered and set up.
Overtime may be charged if equipment is not ready for pickup at the agreed time.

🔌 Power Requirements

Customer must provide a working electrical outlet.
